What you'll do

• Communicate with customers, municipalities, and partners
• conduct outreach and follow up with city contacts
• schedule demos, site visits, calls, and meetings
• coordinate calendars and logistics
• assist with events
• maintain Salesforce accounts, contacts, project details, and opportunities
• review and correct opportunity data
• create reports and dashboards
• support bids, proposals, and compliance forms
• coordinate project inputs with Application Design and updates with Production and Supply Chain
• maintain documentation and assist with representative onboarding.
