What you'll do

• Direct six multidisciplinary two-person field assessment teams
• coordinate daily operations with the Contracting Officer's Representative and base Damage Assessment Team leads
• manage site scheduling, field data-capture compliance, and field execution across the main cantonment and remote ridge environments.
