Dietary Aide

The Dietary Aide role is onsite in Rockford, IL. Compensation is $15–$16 per hour. The aide serves residents’ meals and maintains dietary department cleanliness, supporting meal service and a safe, orderly food service area.

What you'll do

• Serve food according to portion-control procedures
• perform scheduled cleaning
• clean tables, meat blocks, refrigerators, and freezers
• sweep and mop floors
• transport soiled utensils to the wash area and return clean utensils to storage
• wash utensils
• keep work areas clean and safe
• set up meal trays, food carts, and dining areas
• assist cooks with meal preparation and food supplies.
