What you'll do

• Own uptime and performance of store technology across 30+ locations
• lead IT setup for new store openings, including networking, POS, hardware, and vendors
• manage WAN/LAN/Wi-Fi, SD-WAN, and firewalls
• serve as escalation point for critical outages and issues
• partner with vendors, ISPs, and field technicians
• improve processes and reduce downtime.
