What you'll do

• Assist the Director of Nursing with compliance for physician and nursing documentation and implementation of regional policies
• assist with care planning
• make daily rounds to direct employee work and observe hazards or work-duty issues
• complete chart audits and report results and recommendations
• ensure infection-control techniques are used
• communicate with families, residents, and facility staff
• perform other duties assigned by the Director of Nursing.
