What you'll do

• Assemble and deliver meals, snacks, nourishments, and tube feedings according to prescribed diets and menus
• operate traylines and kitchen equipment
• portion, label, and stock food and supplies
• prepare cold foods
• wash and sanitize dishes
• clean kitchen areas
• remove trash
• document checks and substitutions
• receive and organize supplies
• train new employees
• follow safety, sanitation, infection control, confidentiality, and resident-rights requirements.
