What you'll do

• Install, service, and upgrade equipment at customer locations
• configure hardware and embedded software
• perform advanced hardware and software application servicing
• facilitate production equipment installations with project teams
• diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
• test equipment and perform routine maintenance
• provide remote support alongside onsite attendance
• update clients and escalate issues
• recommend technical solutions
• train customers
• mentor junior technicians
• maintain tools and replacement-parts stock
• travel frequently to customer sites, up to 100%
• lift or move 50 pounds within OSHA guidelines.
