Area Installation Specialist

The Area Installation Specialist (AIS) is an onsite role based in Grand Rapids, MI, supporting the Home Depot installation services team. , with a pay range of $24.00 - $28.00 per hour. This role manages the customer experience throughout the installation life cycle, including technical measures, job site inspections, and resolving service issues. The AIS ensures that all projects meet company standards and are completed to the customer's satisfaction.

What you'll do

• Initiates and maintains regular communication with customers across the install life-cycle.
• Manages all jobs from assigned area and product category, including assessing pre-existing conditions and performing technical measures.
• Conducts Job Site Inspections (JSIs) to ensure industry construction standards are adhered to.
• Resolves customer complaints and prevents cycle-time delays.
