What you'll do

• Lead energizing, safe, and educational group classes
• answer participant questions and support health and well-being goals
• maintain knowledge of wellness trends
• build relationships and community among members
• adapt instruction to participants’ capabilities, physical conditions, health, and culture
• record attendance using Group Exercise Management software
• follow YMCA policies and respond to emergencies
• resolve member issues professionally.

Why this role
