What you'll do

• Coach sales professionals on customer service, prospecting, product knowledge, presentations, closing, pricing, and paperwork
• manage scheduling, lead distribution, and follow-up
• generate leads through service and community relationships
• support annual pre-need sales budgeting
• respond to customer complaints within 24 hours
• hire, train, and manage assigned staff
• review sales contracts and ensure regulatory compliance
• mentor and monitor performance.
