• Oversee community trash pickup
• maintain and repair common elements and coordinate projects
• establish routine and preventive maintenance programs
• schedule and supervise maintenance technicians
• monitor vendors’ contracted work
• maintain buildings, equipment, vehicles, and supplies
• manage work orders and inventory
• and respond to association phones and walkie-talkies during working hours and while on call.
