What you'll do

• Hire, orient, train, and develop staff, volunteers, and interns
• conduct annual performance reviews
• oversee street-based, venue-based, and social media outreach
• manage Drop-In Center operations and activities
• develop goals, timelines, and workplans
• track fiscal and program reporting
• build client and staff feedback systems
• cultivate agency partnerships
• communicate with project officers and funders
• shape messaging and community engagement strategy
• participate in management and staff meetings on operations, funding, and proposals.
