What you'll do

• Prepare estimates for data center, mission-critical, structured cabling, and commercial low-voltage projects
• review drawings, specifications, addenda, schedules, and bid requirements
• perform quantity takeoffs
• develop material lists and labor, staffing, equipment, and field resource estimates
• identify scope gaps, design conflicts, constructability concerns, and risks
• obtain vendor pricing
• prepare proposals and bid documentation
• participate in bid reviews and negotiations
• hand off awarded projects
• support change-order pricing and estimating standards
• guide junior team members.
