What you'll do

• Direct the lifecycle of complex business disputes
• evaluate claims and execute defense and prosecution strategies
• draft pleadings, administrative appeals, summary judgment motions, and appellate briefs
• conduct depositions and oversee e-discovery
• argue motions in North Carolina state and federal courts, including the North Carolina Business Court
• prepare for trials and arbitration
• advise corporate executives, institutional clients, and business stakeholders.
