What you'll do

• Maintain customer relationships and account information
• support territory sales representatives
• prepare and track quotes for repairs, parts, tires, batteries, chargers, and other equipment support
• follow up on open quotes
• coordinate approved work with internal departments
• maintain records and activity reports
• and work with Service, Parts, Rentals, and Sales teams to support customers from inquiry through completed work.
