Janitorial Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Complete minor repairs in common areas and units
• clean common areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, carpet cleaning, window washing, trash removal, grounds care, snow and ice removal, and light bulb replacement
• complete routine building checks and report to property managers
• adjust HVAC thermostats
• address door, lock, and gate malfunctions
• meet outside repair contractors
• pick up and deliver building supplies.
