What you'll do

• Maintain property data, virtual tours, and availability across corporate software, websites, and listing platforms
• audit listings and archive outdated media. Create digital and print collateral, draft copy, manage content calendars, and follow Equal Housing Opportunity standards. Visit sites, assist with staging model units and leasing offices, coordinate photo and video shoots and vendor sourcing, audit CRM lead-source mappings, prepare campaign reports, and support on-site teams.
