Restaurant General Manager

What you'll do

• Lead restaurant operations and reinforce Border Foods’ core values
• guide and monitor team members and shift leaders
• schedule and deploy staff
• ensure food quality, customer service, health, and safety standards
• recruit, hire, orient, train, and coach employees
• manage cash handling, labor, inventory, waste, and restaurant financial performance
• address customer complaints and employee issues.
