Group Facilitator (QMHS III / CDCA)

The Group Facilitator (QMHS III / CDCA) position is onsite in Beachwood, OH. Compensation is $19–$25 per hour. The facilitator supports clients in Attain Behavioral Health’s PHP, IOP, and TBS programs, helping promote recovery, mental health, and overall wellness. The role facilitates therapeutic and skills-based groups and contributes to coordinated, client-centered care alongside licensed counselors and other professionals. It also supports intake and treatment goals under supervision while maintaining accurate records and protecting client confidentiality.

What you'll do

• Facilitate or co-facilitate group sessions in PHP, IOP, and TBS programs
• support client intake assessments and treatment goals under supervision
• provide structured, skills-based, recovery-focused interventions within scope of practice
• maintain progress notes and group reports
• collaborate with the clinical team
• uphold HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 confidentiality requirements.
