Product Owner - Consumer Payments

What you'll do

• Create, prioritize, and maintain the consumer payments product backlog
• write user stories covering functionality, payment rules, exception flows, and customer experience
• participate in sprint planning and reviews
• make day-to-day priority, feature trade-off, and defect-resolution decisions
• maintain process flows, business rules, payment scenarios, and release notes
• coordinate with UX, Development, IT, Fraud, Compliance, Servicing, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Technology
• communicate progress, risks, and changes.
