What you'll do

• Conduct daily resident rounds
• serve as a visible hospitality presence
• identify concerns, coordinate resolution, and follow up
• welcome new residents and conduct admission follow-ups
• contact each resident’s designated family contact at least weekly
• document family outreach
• monitor satisfaction and recurring feedback
• support review and reputation efforts
• coordinate the CareCash Program
• assist with hospitality, culture, and branding initiatives
• build relationships with referral sources and community partners
• represent the community during tours and events as assigned.
