The Window Install Tech is an onsite position based in Duluth, MN, with a pay range of $20 to $32.50 per hour. This role supports the installation department at Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity company, by performing window installations and related remodeling tasks. The role exists to ensure high-quality installation of windows and related products, maintaining company standards and procedures. The technician will communicate with homeowners, manage the installation process, and ensure customer satisfaction through final walkthroughs and checklist completion.
