Memory Care Coordinator

The Memory Care Coordinator role is onsite in York Village, ME. Compensation is not specified. What you'll do

• Promote the Embrace philosophy
• implement and oversee its six pillars
• support daily memory care operations with the Memory Care Director and Health and Wellness team
• personally lead at least 5–7 programs per day
• assist with planning, coordinating, and evaluating resident activities
• encourage participation
• provide education, training, and hands-on staff support
• monitor programming quality and resident, family, and staff satisfaction.
