The Plant Controller role is onsite in Whitehall, MI. The compensation range is $150,000–$165,000 per year, commensurate with experience. The role leads finance at a manufacturing site for a global manufacturer of advanced engineered products used in aerospace, high-performance industrial, and transportation applications. As a business partner to the Plant Manager, the Plant Controller leads site finance and oversees Information Systems, Procurement, and Accounting to support the facility's manufacturing systems. The role connects financial planning, reporting, controls, and investment review with operational performance and improvement goals.

What you'll do

• Identify and lead business-improvement opportunities
• work with plant leadership on quality, productivity, delivery, cycle time, inventory, and profitability targets
• roll out Business Unit initiatives
• forecast, plan, and analyze results
• meet financial reporting requirements
• coordinate capital appropriations and post-project reviews
• maintain SOX-compliant internal controls
• supervise finance department staff.
