What you'll do

• Oversee nurse delegation and day-to-day nursing assessments
• conduct resident and functional assessments
• respond to significant changes in residents’ conditions and emergencies
• document and investigate incidents
• coordinate medication orders and physician instructions
• make rounds and identify care trends
• support regulatory compliance
• schedule and supervise nursing and resident-care staff
• audit resident records
• and assist with staff training.
