What you'll do

• Lead maintenance and reliability strategy, reliability-centered maintenance and risk-based inspection programs, and reliability KPI tracking. Conduct root cause analysis and FMEA
• oversee membrane cleaning and replacement programs, maintenance systems and spare-parts strategy, and budget and capital planning. Support safety, regulatory compliance, continuous improvement, and maintenance team development.
