What you'll do

• Open or close the store when the Store Manager is absent
• direct employees and maintain floor coverage
• train and develop associates
• support customer service
• identify staffing issues and provide performance feedback
• oversee attendance and breaks
• communicate goals and promotions
• support loss prevention and inventory reconciliation
• merchandise and rotate stock
• assist with returns, registers, schedules, deposits, and payroll
• load and unload trucks
• place replenishment and purchase orders
• maintain store standards.
