What you'll do

• Build and deploy Windows machines
• install, monitor, and service desktop hardware, software, and peripherals
• troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity incidents
• support remote users
• schedule and manage PC asset deployment and recovery
• maintain inventory and asset records
• manage documentation and service operations materials
• analyze service calls for improvement opportunities
• track equipment logistics and quarantine requirements
• prepare hardware for reuse
• support lab devices and vendor implementations
• create build records and backups
• perform IQ and OQ activities where needed
• and follow GxP, GmP, GDP, FDA, EMA, and CDC-related quality requirements.
