What you'll do

• Manage assigned Nursing Services programs and administrative functions
• support the Director of Nursing with department planning and daily operations
• assist with monitoring care quality, resident status, medications, treatments, admissions, and discharges
• fill in for nursing leadership or other nursing positions as needed
• support compliance and corrective plans
• promote resident rights
• participate in care plans, staff education, safety, and infection-control practices
• serve in the rotating on-call schedule, one week every three weeks.
