Assistant Teacher

What you'll do

• Assist the Lead Teacher with lesson planning and instruction according to the approved curriculum
• set up and maintain a safe, fun, age-appropriate classroom
• prepare for daily activities and clean up afterward
• supervise children according to lesson plans and applicable regulations
• maintain confidentiality
• report suspected child abuse or neglect as required
• perform duties requested by the Lead Teacher or Director/Owner and may work in other classrooms.
