What you'll do

• Develop facility-wide quality assurance policies and programs
• manage QA compliance staff
• oversee SOPs, document control, process control, quality systems, and training
• support product development
• investigate customer complaints
• provide technical support on vendor compliance and sanitation
• verify product testing, specifications, labeling, and release
• manage traceability and recalls
• plan and review audits
• provide statistical process control and data support
• promote food safety and quality culture.
