Pillars Community Health is expanding its Mobile Crisis Response team and operates crisis services including after-hours and 590/988 programs. The supervisor provides operational and clinical oversight, supervises crisis staff, and supports timely, trauma-informed crisis intervention. The role coordinates staffing, training, documentation, and compliance, collaborates with community partners, and participates in a shared 24/7 consultation rotation and onsite coverage rotation.

What you'll do

• Supervise assigned crisis staff and support hiring, training, scheduling, performance, and development
• coordinate daily operations and continuous 24/7 service coverage
• provide clinical consultation and crisis intervention support in person and by phone as part of a rotating 24/7/365 schedule
• monitor documentation and compliance
• collaborate with crisis leadership and community partners
• support quality improvement, reporting, and program procedures.
