The manager oversees and improves enterprise databases, applications, integrations, cloud services, and the company’s in-house AI environment. The role supports business systems and departments by maintaining reliable, secure technology and developing practical solutions, automation, and AI capabilities.

What you'll do

• Manage, maintain, optimize, and secure MySQL and Microsoft SQL Server environments
• monitor performance, availability, capacity, backups, recovery, and data integrity
• develop and optimize SQL objects
• support enterprise applications
• develop and troubleshoot applications, scripts, interfaces, and automation
• build integrations across ERP, databases, APIs, EDI, and external platforms
• administer Microsoft Azure services
• maintain the in-house AI server environment and secure AI/LLM integrations
• support RAG, AI APIs, and business automation
• troubleshoot technical issues
• partner with business departments
• maintain documentation, security standards, backups, and disaster-recovery processes.

Why this role

Requires five or more years of relevant technical experience, hands-on database experience, advanced SQL, application development or scripting, integrations, and enterprise cloud experience. JD Edwards EnterpriseOne experience is preferred but not required.
