What you'll do

• Monitor vital signs and cardiac rhythms during MRI procedures
• interpret EKGs and identify arrhythmias
• apply MRI safety protocols, particularly for patients with implanted cardiac devices
• start IVs and administer medications as ordered
• manage contrast reactions according to protocols
• assess patient condition and respond to emergencies
• document assessments, interventions, and patient data
• collaborate with technologists, radiologists, and clinical staff.
