Weekend Shift Manager

What you'll do

• Be available Friday evening through Monday morning and remain reachable by phone, including overnight Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
• answer caregiver and client calls
• help find coverage when caregivers are unavailable
• personally cover client shifts when necessary
• learn client, caregiver, schedule, and procedure details
• use scheduling and communication technology
• travel between Charlottesville and Valley service areas when coverage is needed
• communicate weekend issues and changes to management.
