What you'll do

• Greet customers and assess tire and automotive service needs
• partner with the Store Manager on technician hiring, selection, training, performance evaluation, and development
• support store performance goals
• assist with assigning work orders and required resources
• learn to provide technical support for vehicle service requests
• support technician training, shop safety, equipment, inventory, cleanliness, and policy compliance
• assist with customer concerns and operational data analysis.
