What you'll do

• Supervise, coach, and counsel the Summit Experience team
• communicate with guests and staff and adjust based on feedback
• provide staff performance feedback
• write an end-of-season report with inventories, recommendations, and department improvements
• lead and participate in camp-wide activities
• model the Scout Oath and Law
• maintain a clean, organized, inspected, and safe work area
• follow staff handbook policies.
