What you'll do

• Diagnose maintenance issues, perform diagnostic tests, and complete general repairs across properties
• manage a daily route of assignments with the dispatcher
• complete work orders professionally and on time
• conduct preventive maintenance
• use hand and power tools, diagnostic devices, and material-handling equipment
• maintain an assigned service vehicle if applicable
• use mobile applications to access work orders and update dispatch
• communicate with staff, owners, and guests
• lift up to 50 pounds.
