Plant Training Coordinator

What you'll do

• Formalize new-hire training and develop annual plant training with the Senior HR Manager and Plant Leadership Team
• create written coursework, position certification evaluations, and sustainment training
• train incoming production employees
• manage orientation, floor trainers, and onboarding
• improve development and retention programs
• develop operator career progression
• work with EH&S and Quality teams
• coordinate training on new products, equipment, and non-standard products
• share L2L administration duties
• promote respectful communication and positive working relationships.
