Client Experience Specialist

Job overview

The Client Experience Specialist role is onsite in Topeka, KS, with a generally Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. schedule; some Friday or Saturday evenings may be required for client events. Compensation is $50,000–$55,000 per year. The role is the primary contact guiding prospective and new clients through their first interactions with Carlson Financial and their first meeting with a financial advisor.

What you'll do

• Welcome clients, answer phones, schedule and confirm appointments, support onboarding, maintain client records and logs, prepare client communications, and assist with marketing and referral events. Coordinate event logistics, vendors, supplies, and audiovisual setup
