Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - Outpatient - Day Shift

Compensation is $2,430–$2,630 per week. The Travel Physical Therapist (PT) is an onsite role based in Holmdel, NJ. in the posting. The role exists to provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient functional outcomes. The therapist will manage a mixed caseload, document care, and contribute to the continuity of treatment in a community-based outpatient setting.

What you'll do

• Provide skilled physical therapy care to adult and geriatric patients.
• Perform comprehensive evaluations and implement treatment plans for orthopedic and spine conditions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including OT, acupuncture, and chiropractic providers.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation using eClinicalWorks EMR.
