Traveling Implementation Trainer

Job overview

The Traveling Implementation Trainer role is onsite, based in Dallas, TX, and requires extensive travel to implementation locations; compensation is $70,000–$80,000 per year. Star Sleep & Wellness provides patient care for people with sleep disorders and is expanding into new markets. The trainer helps newly acquired and startup practices adopt the organization’s workflows, systems, service standards, and operating expectations. Through hands-on training and coaching, the role builds staff proficiency and consistency and supports successful implementation and stabilization across locations.

What you'll do

• Partner with implementation and leadership teams on practice conversions, new office openings, and operational transitions
• assess workflows and align administrative and clinical processes with company standards
• train staff on patient flow, service expectations, documentation, systems, treatment-related processes, follow-up, compliance, and protocols
• coach staff and monitor proficiency
• document training progress and identify retraining needs
• identify workflow challenges and recommend solutions with leadership
• coordinate readiness with providers and support teams
• support adoption of systems and documentation standards
• facilitate handoffs to operational leaders
• travel and remain assigned to locations for extended periods when needed.
