Site Operations Manager

What you'll do

• Lead daily site operations
• manage operating rhythms, staffing plans, shift handoffs, production priorities, and escalation processes
• partner with manufacturing, engineering, quality, supply chain, maintenance, facilities, and safety teams
• monitor performance metrics and lead corrective actions
• drive continuous improvement through problem-solving, root cause analysis, standard work, visual management, and follow-up
• support hiring, onboarding, coaching, and development
• ensure compliance with policies, safety expectations, quality requirements, and applicable regulations
• lead site support for product introductions, facility and process changes, equipment installation, production ramp, and visits.
