What you'll do

• Lead middle and high school ministries
• develop and execute ministry strategy
• create weekly worship experiences with biblical teaching, worship, small groups, and relationship-building
• recruit, train, coach, and develop volunteers
• support student discipleship and parent engagement
• lead outreach and oversee camps, retreats, conferences, mission trips, and events
• steward the ministry budget and calendar
• maintain communication, scheduling, safety, and follow-up systems
• enforce student protection policies.
