Cover Manager — Part-Time

What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day self-storage facility operations
• maintain clean, safe, and working property conditions
• handle customer accounts and delinquency procedures
• tour storage spaces and assist customers through rentals
• manage deposits, cash counts, and petty cash
• collaborate with team members and leadership
• manage assigned KPIs for budget, occupancy, and rental goals
• communicate with customers in person, by phone, and by email
• work with the Store Manager to improve operations.
