What you'll do

• Reconcile balance sheet and payroll accounts
• prepare monthly journal entries
• manage full-cycle biweekly payroll, including garnishments, tax levies, child support orders, and manual checks
• maintain payroll reports, commission schedules, and UltiPro reporting
• handle quarterly 941 filings, W-2s, and year-end requirements
• evaluate payroll controls and documentation
• support audits, analyze labor data, provide Controller backup, and assist with reporting.
