Food Services Team Lead

The Food Services Team Lead is an onsite, full-time role in Green Bay, WI; compensation is not specified. The position supports Family Services’ Residential Treatment Program for adolescents, part of its mission to protect, heal, and care for children and families across Northeast Wisconsin. The role oversees kitchen operations and provides nutritious meals and snacks that support residents’ individualized treatment plans. It coordinates food preparation, sanitation, inventory, costs, and meal planning with care staff and agency programs.

What you'll do

• Plan menus and food documentation
• prepare three meals and two snacks daily for approximately 20 youth
• monitor food temperatures and nutritional quality
• maintain sanitation and regulatory compliance
• follow preparation sheets and checklists
• document meal headcounts
• manage food costs, inventory, orders, and equipment
• coordinate special nutrition plans and meal delivery
• provide catering for agency functions as directed
• provide on-call support to food service team members as needed.

Why this role
