What you'll do

• Prepare entrees by roasting, broiling, braising, frying, and sautéing
• prepare vegetables, garnishes, sauces, soups, and stocks
• prepare menu items for dining rooms and banquets and serve hot appetizers
• maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned stations and the kitchen
• perform other tasks assigned by a supervisor.
