What you'll do

• Provide customer service and coach team members
• oversee shift operations and coordinate responsibilities
• perform POS transactions and vendor check-in
• maintain cash controls and policy compliance
• train and provide feedback to team members
• oversee food and beverage ordering, production, handling, quality, and safety
• maintain cleanliness and report maintenance issues. Must be available primarily for second/third shifts, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
• complete required leadership training and food safety certification.
