The Spring 2027 IT Undergraduate Intern works in person at the Brennan Center’s New York City office; pay is $18.40 per hour. The Brennan Center is a nonpartisan law and policy institute working to improve democracy and justice in the United States. The intern supports the IT Director and staff in New York and Washington, D.C. by providing help desk assistance, documenting resolutions, supporting user software, and maintaining computers and printers.
What you'll do
- Provide desktop and telephone support to employees
- document calls and resolutions
- provide user-level support for Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Office 365, and Sage fundraising database
- upgrade, repair, and replace computers and printers as needed.
